Incredibly beautiful place with UNDERSTANDING staff from those building's manager. Fantastic breakfast with Western food. Amazing location of the hotel right next to the beach.

The breakfasts were amazing and scrumptious with Western food.

Very well maintained complex from the beach to the pool and the rooms. Buffet with very large selection. Tasted also very good. Thanks to the size of the complex it never seems overcrowded, quiet atmosphere. Always enough free sunbeds - with clean cushions - available.

Drinks are overpriced by Vietnamese standards, which is why most of the Russian guests on the mainland buy their own drinks. The staff at the bars is mostly idle in the evening.

Nice resort, fun to stop over if you have kids that need a break from all the sightseeing ..

Such an extra special stay for family vacation. Amazing and beautiful location in the city or anywhere off the island, and 10 minute walk from Hon Tre. Based short walk to Vinpearl Land and the ocean and both the other restaurants.

The hotel chose to apply an archaic law, no longer in use in most hotel big and small in VN and that is a requirement that should a male guest holding a foreign passport is staying with a female companion holding Vietnamese passport then they can only stay together on production of a certificate of marriage, otherwise the hotel forced them to pay for another room even though they know that the two guests will be staying together anyway, a hypocritical way to generate more revenue? I chose the word "chose to" because Diamond Bay, also in Nha Trang and about 1km down the road, do not raise any issue, don't say it is a government rule, it is not. I mean who on earth would travel with a cert of marriage? Are they looking after you morally as well? What a lot hypocrite

Excellent location. Hotel view on the hills and the sea is just amazing. And sure, service is on the high level.

A lot of ways to be enjoyed: excellent seaside, entertainments, good meal (except perhaps one thing: there are not enough milk products, especcialy for breakfast - cereals, yogurts and so on), big private territory. Good facilities for children! Thanks investors and wish them to develop this resort! Good place!

Almost nothing

Everything was just very very good. its a good way to spend your holidays

The staff, everyone, was courteous. The location was marvellous, a short way from Hon Tre. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with Western dishes.

Some people working there were unattentive.

Excellent services from the staff at Vinpearl Resort and Spa need to be commended. On top of that, the beautiful sceneries and relaxed atmosphere at Vinpearl made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Strongly recommend for a couple of nights

Beautiful location, beautiful pool, with a clean beach that features plenty of sun loungers and direct beach access.

The staff were very polite, friendly and very attentive to our needs

After the first 3 or 4 days, the buffet dinners and lunches were a little boring, but the quality of the food was always good.

We recently enjoyed our 3-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Bed and absolutely loved the sunset views from our balcony and the impeccable poolside service. The beachfront access and relaxing spa treatments made our vacation even better! Just a heads up, the music can get a bit loud during the day, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

The villa was beautiful and spacious. Our private pool provided endless fun for the kids. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy. The staff drove us around the resort in buggies, handy, especially with children. I appreciated the white sandy beach and clean water. The breakfast options were plentiful with fresh local dishes. The check-in process lacked direction. No one explained how the resort worked, made navigation frustrating. The room service needed improvement. They didn't charge to the room and insisted on cash payments. We often had to wait for buggies, and sometimes it felt chaotic with no clear line. The staff's English could be better, complicating communication. While there are nice shops and eateries at the harbor, many were closed, limiting our dining choices. A blend of great amenities but a few organization issues.
